Booking Conditions
Tour Booking, Serengeti Safari Bookings, Tanzania Tour Operator Booking,
Mountain is a Tanzania Tour Operator registered Company and licensed tour operator, based in Arusha. The following terms as used in these Booking Terms and Conditions shall be considered synonymous: Tour Booking, Serengeti Safari Bookings, Tanzania Tour Operator Booking, Serengeti Safari Bookings, East Africa Tours and Safaris Booking, safari, tour, itinerary, and trip, all of which refer to the travel arrangements being booked with us. Additionally, the following terms: client, guest, participant, member, passenger, and traveler all refer to you, as the traveler.

We alter the route in the itinerary should conditions necessitate the good of the client.
Mountain Beauty subcontracts all or part of the agreed tour. Tanzania Tour Operator replaces a faulty vehicle and compensates for hours lost, by extra safari hours or days. Vehicles:- Four Wheel Drive (4 WD), L/Rovers, and Toyota Land cruisers all safari built. A maximum number of passengers, 5 per car.
Payments:- Bankers’ cheques, Traveler’s cheques, and any
Convertibles currently are accepted.
RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance to be paid at least 60 days before the tour begins. For last minute reservations conditions will change.
CANCELLATIONS
Prior to tour departure, for cancellations received by us in writing:-
From booking time to 30 days prior :
30% tour cost
29 -15 days prior: 50% tour cost
14 -7 days prior: 75% tour cost
6 days or less prior or no show: 100% tour cost. There are no refunds for unused portions of the program, and refunds will not be made to clients who do not complete the tour for any reason, whatsoever amendments made to the itinerary once paid for, may result in additional costs.
Alterations of tours:
The right is reserved to change any arrangements should conditions so necessitate.
Insurance:
It must be clearly understood that these are adventure safaris and there are certain dangers and risks which are inevitable. Whilst every care is taken for the safety and comfort of our clients, the company accepts no liability for all or any of the following:
– Damage or loss of property of any client, howsoever caused.
– Besides Sickness, infection, injury or death of the clients, howsoever caused.
– Moreover change of itinerary due to road and weather conditions.
– Accordingly, Damages, directly or indirectly, arising out of delays in departure or arrival including delays occasioned by the missing of road, rail, ship, or aircraft connections.
– As well as war, and other likely calamities that may occur while on the safari.
All the above and other unexpected situations can arise before or during any type of vacation. Such an event might cause you to cut short your vacation or cause your trip to cancel altogether. Unfortunately, because of the costs incurred by the tour operator, any cancellation after booking incurs financial penalties, up to and including the loss of the entire package price. That’s why we strongly recommend a Travel Protection Plan offered by Insurance Agency Inc. For one low per-person price, you can buy peace of mind and keep your vacation worry-free. Ask your travel counselor about it at the time of booking.
Liability
The company and its agents act only as agents or agents in all matters relating to tours.
The respective laws of the country and all claims govern the company’s liability carried on its own.
